孕期保健对高龄产妇并发症发生风险与妊娠结局的影响

The effect of prenatal health care on the risk of complications and pregnancy outcomes in older women

目的探究孕期保健对高龄产妇并发症发生风险与妊娠结局的影响。方法选取80名建立健康档案的高龄产妇,将其根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组40名。对照组接受常规保健,观察组接受孕期保健。比较两组分娩方式、并发症发生情况与妊娠结局。结果观察组的Apgar评分为(9.83±1.24)分,明显高于对照组的(8.03±0.92)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇自然分娩率高于对照组,剖宫产率、难产率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组新生儿并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对高龄产妇实施孕期保健干预可有效减轻并发症发生风险,有助于改善妊娠结局,建议临床推广。

Objective To explore the influence of prenatal health care on the risk of complications and pregnancy outcome in elderly parturients.Methods 80 elderly parturients with health records were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine health care,and the observation group received prenatal health care.Methods of delivery,complications and pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results The Apgar score of the observation group was(9.83±1.24)points,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(8.03±0.92)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The natural delivery rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the cesarean section rate and dystocia rate were lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of maternal complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of neonatal complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of prenatal health care intervention for elderly parturients can effectively reduce the risk of complications and help to improve pregnancy outcomes,so it is recommended to promote clinical use.
