补肾调经汤辅治子宫内膜异位症对患者性激素水平的影响

Effect of bushen tiaojing decoction on the sex hormone level of patients with endometriosis

目的探究补肾调经汤辅治子宫内膜异位症对患者性激素水平的影响。方法选取130例子宫内膜异位症患者,依据治疗方法不同分组,每组65例。对照组采用亮丙瑞林治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用补肾调经汤辅治。比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗后研究组卵泡刺激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E_(2))水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组总有效率96.92%高于对照组的84.62%(P<0.05)。结论补肾调经汤辅治子宫内膜异位症,有利于调节患者性激素水平,改善患者临床症状,临床疗效显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of Bushen Tiaojing decoction on the level of sex hormone in patients with endometriosis.Methods 130 patients with endometriosis were selected and divided into 65 patients in each group according to different treatment Methods.The control group was treated with leuprelin,and the study group was treated with Bushen Tiaojing decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the levels of follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH)and estradiol(E_(2))in study group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 96.92%higher than that of the control group(84.62%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Bushen Tiaojing decoction is an adjuvant treatment for endometriosis,which is beneficial for regulating patients'sex hormone levels and improving their clinical symptoms.Its clinical efficacy is significant and worthy of clinical promotion.
