优质护理在妇科门诊宫腔镜检查术中的应用效果探讨

Application effect of high-quality nursing in gynecological outpatient hysteroscopy

目的评价优质护理在妇科门诊宫腔镜检查术中的应用效果。方法选取70例接受宫腔镜检查术患者,依据随机抽签法为原则分为两组,每组35例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受优质护理。比较两组患者的疼痛程度、焦虑情绪、生活质量评分及护理满意度。结果护理后观察组患者的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的各项生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度为97.14%(34/35),对照组患者护理满意度为80.00%(28/35),观察组护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论予以妇科门诊行宫腔镜检查术患者优质护理服务,不仅能有效缓解其疼痛,还能改善其焦虑情绪,提高护理满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective To evaluate the application effect of high-quality nursing in gynecological outpatient hysteroscopy.Methods 70 patients undergoing hysteroscopy were selected and divided into two groups according to the principle of random drawing,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received high-quality nursing.The pain degree,anxiety,quality of life score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score and self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 97.14%(34/35),and that of patients in the control group was 80.00%(28/35).The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion To provide high-quality nursing services to patients undergoing hysteroscopy in gynecological outpatient department can not only effectively relieve their pain,but also improve their anxiety and nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
