基于CiteSpace国内急性左心衰护理研究的可视化分析

Visual Analysis of Nursing Research on Acute Left Heart Failure in China Based on CiteSpace

目的基于CiteSpace分析研究我国1986-2022年急性左心衰护理研究的热点及发展趋势,为今后急性左心衰护理研究提供借鉴和参考。方法以“急性左心衰”“护理”为主题在中国知网数据库(CNKI)进行检索,再运用CiteSpace 5.7.R5W软件对检索的信息进行可视化分析。结果共纳入482篇文献。国内关于急性左心衰护理研究的发文量总体呈上升趋势。从整体上看,作者分布较为分散,仅少量作者间存在连线,组成小型合作团队,但不同团队间联系不紧密。除去“急性左心衰”和“护理”外,频次最高的关键词为“急救”和“急救护理”,中心性最高的关键词为“急救护理”。结论目前,我国对急性左心衰护理的研究关注度不够,我国学者应加大对急性左心衰护理研究领域的科研投入,结合研究热点,深入研究,并加强作者、机构之间的交流合作。

Objective To study the hot spots and development trend of acute left heart failure nursing research from 1986 to 2022 based on CiteSpace analysis,and to provide reference for the future acute left heart failure nursing research.Methods With"acute left heart failure"and"nursing"as the theme,the retrieved information was searched in CNKI database,and then visualized by CiteSpace 5.7.R5W software.Results A total of 482 literatures were included.The number of publications on nursing care of acute left heart failure in China was on the rise.On the whole,the distribution of authors was relatively scattered,and only a small number of authors were connected to form a small cooperative team,but the links between different teams were not close.Except for"acute left heart failure"and"nursing",the keywords with the highest frequency were"first aid"and"first aid nursing",and the keywords with the highest centrality were"first aid nursing".Conclusion At present,the research attention of acute left heart failure nursing is not enough in China,Chinese scholars should increase the scientific research investment in the field of acute left heart failure nursing research,combined with research hotspots,in-depth research,and strengthen the communication and cooperation between authors and institutions.
