健脾平肝降压汤联合耳穴压豆治疗高血压的临床疗效

Clinical Efficacy of Jianpi Pinggan Jiangya Decoction Combined with Auricular Point Pressing Beans in the Treatment of Hypertension

目的研究健脾平肝降压汤联合耳穴压豆治疗高血压的临床疗效。方法回顾性选取赣州经济技术开发区第二人民医院2019年5月-2021年5月收治的74例高血压病例,依据治疗方案不同分为对照组与观察组,各37例。对照组给予硝苯地平治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用健脾平肝降压汤联合耳穴压豆治疗。观察两组降压疗效、中医症候积分、血压水平、不良反应及预后情况。结果观察组降压总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的中医症候积分(主症、次症、舌脉)与血压水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应及心血管并发症发生率均低于对照组,健康调查简表(SF-36)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健脾平肝降压汤联合耳穴压豆在高血压治疗中具有确切的降压效果,可缓解患者症状,减少不良反应,降低其心血管并发症风险,改善生活质量。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Jianpi Pinggan Jiangya Decoction combined with auricular point pressing beans in the treatment of hypertension.Methods A total of 74 patients with hypertension admitted to the Second People's Hospital of Ganzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone from May 2019 to May 2021 were retrospectively selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment schemes,with 37 patients in each group.The control group was treated with nifedipine,and the observation group was treated with Jianpi Pinggan Jiangya decoction combined with auricular point pressing beans on the basis of the control group.The antihypertensive effect,TCM symptom score,blood pressure level,adverse reactions and prognosis of the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of blood pressure reduction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms(main symptoms,secondary symptoms,tongue and pulse)and blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions and cardiovascular complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the SF-36 score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Pinggan Jiangya decoction combined with auricular point pressing beans has a definite antihypertensive effect in the treatment of hypertension,which can alleviate the symptoms of patients,reduce adverse reactions,reduce the risk of cardiovascular complications,and improve the quality of life.
