CNP、NPR-B与NF-κB信号通路在胃癌中的研究进展

摘要 胃癌的发生发展由多种基因及信号通路共同调控。C型钠尿肽作为钠尿肽家族的一员,通过与其特异性受体NPR-B结合激活cGMP进而调控下游信号分子发挥多种生物学作用。心房钠尿肽在胃癌中发挥着抗增殖以及抑制肿瘤迁移与转移的作用,而C型钠尿肽与心房钠尿肽结构相似,其作用的效应分子也相似,故而推测C型钠尿肽在胃癌中也有类似作用。此外,C型钠尿肽可以抑制NF-κB信号通路的激活。NF-κB信号通路的激活能够促进胃癌的发生发展,在胃癌的凋亡、增殖、侵袭与转移等多方面发挥重要作用。本文就C型钠尿肽及其功能受体NPR-B、NF-κB信号通路与胃癌发生发展的关系进行综述,旨在为科研及临床治疗提供有效的参考。 The development of gastric cancer is regulated by a combination of genes and signaling pathways.As a member of the natriuretic peptide family,C-type natriuretic peptide plays a variety of biological roles by activating cGMP through binding to its specific receptor NPR-B,which in turn regulates downstream signaling molecules.Atrial natriuretic peptide plays an anti-proliferative role and inhibits tumor migration and metastasis in gastric cancer,while C-type natriuretic peptide is structurally similar to atrial natriuretic peptide and its effector molecules are also similar,so it is presumed that C-type natriuretic peptide also has similar effects in gastric cancer.In addition,C-type natriuretic peptide can inhibit the activation of NF-κB signaling pathway,which can promote the development of gastric cancer and play an important role in apoptosis,proliferation,invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer.The article reviews the relationship between the C-type natriuretic peptide,NPR-B and NF-κB signaling pathway and the development of gastric cancer,aiming to provide effective reference values for scientific research and clinical treatment.
