丁苯酞软胶囊治疗急性和慢性缺血性脑卒中疗效的研究

Study on the Therapeutic Effect of Butylphthalide Soft Capsules on Acute and Chronic Ischemic Stroke

目的:研究探讨丁苯酞软胶囊治疗急性和慢性缺血性脑卒中疗效。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年1月本院收治的120例目标患者为对象,随机分为观察组、对照组,每组60例。对照组予以缺血性脑卒中的常规治疗,观察组增加丁苯酞软胶囊治疗。对比组间疗效、神经功能、血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、凝血功能、颈动脉超声指标、随访效果以及对比观察组内急、慢性患者效果差异性。结果:观察组总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的78.33%(P<0.05);治疗后1天、7天、14天观察组患者的神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后1天、7天、14天观察组患者的Hcy低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后1天、7天、14天观察组患者凝血功能指标纤维蛋白原(Fib)低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后1天、7天、14天观察组患者颈动脉血流速度均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者在随访3、6个月时的血管再通率、预后良好率高于对照组,颅内出血发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组内慢性缺血性脑卒中患者治疗后1天、7天、14天的NIHSS评分均低于急性缺血性脑卒中患者(P<0.05)。结论:丁苯酞软胶囊治疗急性和慢性缺血性脑卒中效果良好,可改善患者的神经功能缺损症状,抑制Hcy、Fib水平,增加颈动脉血流速度,改善患者的预后效果,且对慢性缺血性脑卒中有更好的治疗效果。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of butylphthalide soft capsules in the treatment of acute and chronic ischemic stroke.Methods:120 patients with acute and chronic ischemic stroke admitted to 2021.01~2023.01 were selected randomly divided into an observation,control group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment for ischemic stroke,while the observation group received additional treatment with butylphthalide soft capsules.Evaluate and compare the clinical efficacy,neurological deficit score,serum homocysteine(Hcy),coagulation function indicators,carotid ultrasound indicators,follow-up effects,and compare the differences in treatment effects between acute and chronic ischemic stroke patients within the observation group.Results:The observation group total effective rate was 93.33%,higher than control group 78.33%(P<0.05).After treatment,the the observation neurological deficit score(NIHSS)was lower than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group Hcy of patients was lower than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation fibrinogen(FIB)of coagulation function was lower than control group(P<0.05).The the observation carotid blood flow velocity was higher than that of the control group on the 1st,7th,and 14th(P<0.05).The NIHSS scores of chronic ischemic stroke patients in the observation group were lower than those of acute ischemic stroke patients on the 1st,7th,and 14th day after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Butylphthalein soft capsule has a significant therapeutic effect on acute and chronic ischemic stroke,which can improve patients’neurological deficits,inhibit Hcy and FIB levels,increase carotid blood flow velocity,improve patient prognosis,and have better therapeutic effects on chronic ischemic stroke.
