胞磷胆碱钠片联合常规药物治疗对帕金森病轻度认知障碍的影响

Effect of Citicoline Sodium Tablets Combined with Conventional Medication on Mild Cognitive Impairment in Parkinson’s Disease

目的:探索分析胞磷胆碱钠片联合多巴丝肼治疗对帕金森病伴轻度认知功能障碍患者的临床影响。方法:选取本院2022年9月至2023年7月收治的80例帕金森病伴轻度认知功能障碍患者,采取随机数字表法将其划分为对照组(多巴丝肼治疗,n=40例)、观察组(胞磷胆碱钠片联合多巴丝肼治疗,n=40例)。探索分析两组临床疗效。结果:观察组干预后MMSE评分、MoCA评分、ADL评分、临床有效率、血清5-羟色胺、去甲肾上腺素、多巴胺表达水平均高于对照组,两组对比具备统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组干预后不良情况发生率显著低于对照组,两组对比具备统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:采取胞磷胆碱钠片联合多巴丝肼药物治疗帕金森病轻度认知障碍患者,能够显著改善其认知功能,加强日常生活自理能力,调节与优化神经递质表达水平,且具备较高的临床有效性、安全性,值得推荐。

Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical impact of citicoline sodium tablets combined with dopamine hydrazine treatment on patients with Parkinson’s disease and mild cognitive impairment.Methods:80 patients with Parkinson’s disease and mild cognitive impairment admitted to our hospital from September 2022 to July 2023 were randomly divided into a control group(treated with dopamine,n=40 cases)and an observation group(treated with citicoline sodium tablets and dopamine,n=40 cases)using a random number table method.Explore and analyze the clinical efficacy of two groups.Results:After intervention,the MMSE score,MoCA score,ADL score,clinical effective rate,serum levels of serotonin,norepinephrine,and dopamine in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse events after intervention in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of citicoline sodium tablets and dopamine hydrazine in the treatment of mild cognitive impairment patients with Parkinson’s disease can significantly improve their cognitive function,enhance their ability to take care of themselves in daily life,regulate and optimize the expression level of neurotransmitters,and has high clinical efficacy and safety,which is worth recommending.
