基于生态理念的黑龙江省废弃矿山修复设计研究

Research on the Design of Rehabilitation of Abandoned Mines in Heilongjiang Province Based on Ecological Concepts

黑龙江省矿产资源丰富、种类繁多,但大规模开采遗留下来的废弃矿山存在大量生态污染问题未得到科学治理。文章基于黑龙江省废弃矿山的探索实践过程,阐述了废弃矿山的现状特征,结合生态修复面临的问题困难,提出了规划设计路径、调查综合评价、生态修复模式、生态修复路径、空间管控引领、联动管理机制、法规利用机制等黑龙江省废弃矿山生态修复设计对策。以期为废弃矿山的生态修复治理工作提供一定的借鉴。

Heilongjiang Province is rich in mineral resources and various kinds,but there are a lot of ecological pollution problems in abandoned mines left by large-scale mining that have not been scientifically controlled.Based on the exploration and practice process of abandoned mines in Heilongjiang Province,the paper expounds the current characteristics of abandoned mines,combines the problems and difficulties faced by ecological restoration,and puts forward seven countermeasures for ecological restoration of abandoned mines in Heilongjiang Province,including planning and design path,investigation and comprehensive evaluation,ecological restoration mode,ecological restoration path,space control and guidance,linkage management mechanism,and legal utilization mechanism.In order to provide some reference for the ecological restoration and management of abandoned mines.
