摘要
研究了一种适合于高糖人群日常护理产品。通过配方筛选获得了天然植物提取物组合,其主要功效成分为苹果提取物、茶提取物。通过建立小鼠高糖模型并在其皮肤上使用本产品(糖肤霜)一个周期后,除研究了对皮肤的护理效果外,还检测了空白组与实验组小鼠的空腹血糖与血脂指标、皮肤与血液内的各项细胞因子表达以及五脏的病理学染色等,以此评估糖肤霜结合周期使用,对机体的血糖变化、抗氧化效果及生物安全性等影响。结果显示,糖肤霜可以提高小鼠皮肤中的过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,抑制氧化应激,还监测了小鼠的空腹血糖及血液指标,通过对五脏切片观察,糖肤霜不会引起脏器损伤。因此,以苹果提取物和茶提取物为主要成分的糖肤霜是一种适用于高糖群体、抗氧化及良好生物安全性的身体用霜。
A kind of daily care product suitable for people with high blood sugar level was studied.A natural plant extract was obtained through formula screening,whose main effective components were apple extract and tea extract.A mouse model of high glucose was established and the product was applied on the skin for one cycle.The skin care effect was studied.The indexes of fasting blood glucose and blood lipid in the blank group and the experimental group were measured,as well as the expression of various cytokines in skin and blood and the pathological staining of the five organs of mice.Thus the influences of the cream in periodic use could be evaluated,including the aspects of blood glucose,antioxidant effect and biosafety.The results showed that the cream could improve the activities of catalase(CAT)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)in the skin of mice,and inhibit oxidative stress.The fasting blood glucose and blood indexes of mice were also monitored.The cream did not cause organ damage according to the observation of the five viscera sections.Therefore,this cream containing apple extract and tea extract as the main ingredients was suitable for the people with high blood sugar level,exhibiting antioxidation and good biosafety.
