马拉色菌抑制靶点与新型抑制成分研究进展

摘要 综述了马拉色菌与头皮屑产生的关系,马拉色菌潜在的抑制靶点包括脂肪酶、β-碳酸酐酶、铁酶、细胞膜/细胞壁。进一步介绍吡罗克酮乙醇胺盐、氯咪巴唑、二硫化硒、吡硫鎓锌等常用去屑剂的优缺点及抑制马拉色菌的作用靶点,汇总了国内外研究中涉及的一些新型马拉色菌抑制成分,如植物提取物、多肽、合成类分子,为新型去屑剂或去屑组合物开发提供一定参考。 The relationship between Malassezia species and dandruff was reviewed.The potential inhibitory targets of Malassezia species including lipases,β-carbonic anhydrase,iron enzymes,and cell membrane/cell wall.Furthermore,the advantages and disadvantages of commonly used anti-dandruff agents such as piroctone olamine,climbazole,selenium disulphide,and zinc pyrithione were introduced,as well as the targets for their action on Malassezia species.Several new inhibitory components against Malassezia species,such as plant extracts,polypeptides and synthetic molecules involved in domestic and foreign research,were also summarized,which might provide reference for the development of new anti-dandruff agents or anti-dandruff composites.
