摘要
运用行为事件访谈法对16位高校技术经理人进行访谈,基于编码分析的方法构建了高校技术经理人的胜任力模型,并通过问卷调查对模型进行信效度检验。该模型涵盖成果商品化能力、市场把控能力、需求挖掘能力、跨学科知识结构、职业态度和个性品质六大维度共计27项胜任要素,揭示高校技术经理人在知识结构、能力素养和品质态度等方面具有多层次、多维度的胜任力要素。
Using the behavioral event interview method to interview 16 college technical managers,the competency model of college technical managers was constructed based on the method of coding analysis.Additionally,the reliability and validity of the model was tested by questionnaire survey.The model covers six dimensions,including the ability to commercialize results,the ability to control the market,the ability to tap demands,the interdisciplinary knowledge structure,the professional attitude and the personality quality,and 27 competency elements.The research results reveal that university technical managers possess multi-level and multi-dimensional competency factors in terms of knowledge structure,skill competence,and attitude.
