摘要
在中型固定床连续加氢装置上,考察了直馏柴油加氢-抽提组合工艺条件对直馏柴油加氢反应的影响,并确定了适宜的工艺条件。试验结果表明,为满足抽提装置进料中S、N含量均不大于100μg/g的进料要求,防止芳烃深度饱和为环烷烃,优选的工艺条件为反应温度360~380℃,氢分压3.2 MPa左右,体积空速1.0~2.0 h^(-1),标准状态氢油体积比200~300。
The effects of process conditions on the hydrogenation-extraction of straight run diesel were investigated in a medium-sized fixed bed continuous hydrogenation device,and the appropriate process conditions were determined.The research results indicate that in order to meet the requirement of less than 100μg/g of S and N contents in the extraction feed and to reduce the deep saturation of aromatic hydrocarbons into cycloalkanes,the optimal process conditions are reaction temperature 360-380℃,hydrogen partial pressure about 3.2 MPa,volume space velocity 1.0-2.0 h^(-1),and volume ratio of hydrogen(standard state)to oil 200-300.
