摘要
采用Mesodyn模拟,对含有环氧乙烷(EO)、环氧丙烷(PO)功能侧链及不同侧链分布结构的聚合型大分子表面活性剂(聚表剂)溶液性能及其在油水界面上的分布进行了研究。模拟结果表明,当EO链和PO链分别位于聚表剂主链两侧时,聚表剂在油水界面上的排布更有序,界面性能更好;当EO链和PO链位于聚表剂主链同侧时,聚表剂在油水界面上排布有序程度较低,界面性能较弱;在功能侧链长度相同的情况下,聚表剂的功能侧链结构对聚表剂的亲油功能侧链形成分子间缔合及其增黏性能影响较小。
Mesodyn simulation was used to study the solution property and the distribution on oil�water interface of polymeric macromolecular surfactant(PMS)with functional side chains as ethylene oxide(EO)and propylene oxide(PO)and different distribution structure of side chain.The simulation results show that when the EO side chains and PO side chains are distributed on each side of the main chain of PMS separately,the arrangement of PMS at the oil-water interface is more orderly,proving better interface performance.When the EO side chain and PO side chain are located on the same side of the main chain of PMS,the ordered arrangement of PMS at the oil-water interface is relatively low,and the interface performance of PMS is weak.With same length of functional side chains,the associations of hydrophilic functional side chains and the viscosity enhancement properties of PMS have little relationship with the structure of functional side chains.
