摘要
生物基原料异山梨醇绿色环保,是代替双酚A制备聚碳酸酯的理想单体。异山梨醇型聚碳酸酯具有更优异的耐热性、紫外线稳定性、可见光透射率和耐磨性。综述了异山梨醇型聚碳酸酯的合成方法,包括光气法、端羟基活化法和非光气熔融酯缩聚法,对非光气熔融酯缩聚法使用的催化剂进行介绍,并讨论了异山梨醇型聚碳酸酯改性的方法。提出设计开发出高活性的离子液体催化剂是非光气熔融酯缩聚法未来的研究方向。
Isosorbitol is a green and environmentally friendly bio-based material,which is an ideal monomer to replace bisphenol A in the preparation of polycarbonate.Isosorbitol polycarbonate has superior heat resistance,UV stability,visible light transmittance,and wear resistance.This article reviews the synthesis methods of isosorbitol polycarbonate including phosgene method,hydroxyl-terminal activation method and non-phosgene melt ester exchange-polycondensation method.The catalysts used in melt ester exchange-polycondensation method are introduced,and the modification methods of isosorbitol polycarbonate are discussed.It is proposed that the design and development of highly active ionic liquid catalysts is the future research direction of melt exchange-polycondensation method.
