以整合医学为导向的基于O-PIRTAS翻转课堂教学模式在消化内科教学中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:在消化内科教学活动过程中,探索以整合医学为导向的基于O-PIRTAS翻转课堂模式的应用,以期提高临床医学专业学生的综合素质。方法:选择2021年9月~2022年7月在弋矶山医院消化内科实习的临床医学专业的60名实习生,随机分为对照组30名和实验组30名。对照组采用传统的以授课为基础的教学,实验组采用以整合医学为导向的基于O-PIRTAS翻转课堂的教学模式,课程结束后采用理论考试成绩、技能考核成绩、临床综合能力考核成绩以及问卷调查评价课程满意度来对比两组教学效果。结果:与对照组相比,实验组的理论考核成绩(16.83±0.97)分、临床实践技能考核成绩(17.38±0.35)分、临床综合能力考核总成绩(51.66±1.14)分均升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001);两组学生对教学满意度进行评分,实验组教学满意度(87.47±2.06)高于对照组(73.77±5.38),差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:以整合医学为导向的基于O-PIRTAS翻转课堂教学模式在消化内科临床教学中效果显著,实习生满意度高,值得在今后的临床实践教育教学中推广应用。 Objective:To evaluate the effect of holistic integrative medicine(HIM)-oriented O-PIRTAS flipped classroom teaching model in instruction of gastroenterology,so as to improve the comprehensive quality of students majoring in clinical medicine.Methods:Sixty interns of clinical medicine were recruited from the gastroenterology department of our hospital between September 2021 and July 2022,and randomized to control group(n=30)and experimental group(n=30).Students in the control group received traditional lecture-based instruction,and those in the experimental group were taught with HIM-oriented O-PIRTAS flipped classroom teaching mode.The teaching effects of the two groups were compared regarding the scores of professional knowledge test,skill test and clinical comprehensive ability test,and the satisfaction of the students with the course by questionnaire response.Results:Compared with the control group,the scores of professional knowledge test(16.83±0.97),skill test(17.38±0.35)and clinical comprehensive ability test(51.66±1.14)were significantly higher in the students in experimental group(P<0.001).The scoring on course satisfaction was significantly higher in experimental group than in control group(87.47±2.06 vs.73.77±5.38),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:HIM-oriented O-PIRTAS flipped classroom teaching mode is worthy of application because it can produce excellent effect on the clinical education of gastroenterology and satisfaction of the interns with the curriculum instruction.
