临床药师开展药学服务对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者治疗效果的影响

The Impact of Clinical Pharmacists Providing Pharmaceutical Services on the Treatment Effectiveness of Elderly Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的探究老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者应用临床药师开展药学服务的治疗效果。方法采用随机数字表法将2019年3月-2021年6月于我院就诊的90例COPD患者分为两组,各45例。对照组采用传统医疗服务及药物治疗,研究组实施临床药师开展药学服务。对比两组肺功能指标[第1s用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)及FEV1/FVC]、呼吸困难分级、用药差错率及药品不良反应。结果相比于对照组,研究组患者出院时FEV1、FVC及FEV1/FVC水平均较高(P<0.05)。相比于对照组,研究组出院时呼吸困难分级较好(P<0.05)。相比于对照组,研究组用药差错率较低(P<0.05);两组药物不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论老年COPD患者在临床药师开展药学服务下有助于提升治疗效果,肺功能各指标水平均得到改善,呼吸困难得以缓解,用药差错率较低,无明显药物不良反应,安全性更高,值得推广。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of clinical pharmacists carrying out pharmaceutical services on elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A random number table method was used to divide 90 COPD patients who visited our hospital from March 2019 to June 2021 into two groups,with 45 patients in each group.The control group received traditional medical services and medication treatment,while the study group received pharmaceutical services from clinical pharmacists.Compare two groups of lung function indicators[first second forced expiratory volume(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC),and FEV1/FVC],respiratory distress classification,medication error rate,and adverse drug reactions.Results Compared with the control group,the study group had higher levels of FEV1,FVC,and FEV1/FVC at discharge(P<0.05).Compared to the control group,the study group had a better classification of dyspnea at discharge(P<0.05).Compared to the control group,the study group had a lower medication error rate(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups of drugs(P>0.05).Conclusion Under the guidance of clinical pharmacists providing pharmaceutical services,elderly COPD patients can improve treatment effectiveness,improve various indicators of lung function,alleviate breathing difficulties,have a lower medication error rate,no obvious adverse drug reactions,and have higher safety.It is worth promoting.
