扶正化瘀片联合恩替卡韦治疗慢性乙肝肝硬化的效果观察

Effect of Fuzheng Huayu Tablet Combined with Entecavir on Chronic Hepatitis B Cirrhosis

目的观察探讨慢性乙肝肝硬化患者常规抗病毒治疗基础上与扶正化瘀片联合治疗效果。方法于2021年3月至2022年1月,选取安阳市第五人民医院接收的慢性乙肝肝硬化患者80例,按随机数表法分组,对照组(n=40,常规给予恩替卡韦抗病毒治疗),观察组(n=40,给予常规恩替卡韦抗病毒治疗基础上加用扶正化瘀片)。对比两组不同治疗方案的应用效果。结果观察组临床治疗效率高达95.00%,比对照组高(P<0.05)。治疗前对比,两组肝功能、肝纤维化水平表达无差异(P>0.05);治疗后对比,两组谷丙转氨酶(ALT),谷草转氨酶(AST)、甲胎蛋白(AFP)、透明质酸酶(HA)、II型前胶原(PCII)、层粘连蛋白(LN)、IV型胶原(IV-C)表达水平下调并且观察组比对照组低(P<0.05);观察组皮疹瘙痒、头晕头痛、消化不良、恶心呕吐等不良反应总发生率7.50%,比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论针对慢性乙肝肝硬化患者,给予恩替卡韦抗病毒同时联合扶正化瘀片治疗,可进一步改善患者肝功能,防止肝纤维化,临床效果确切,不良反应发生少,安全可靠。

Objective To observe and explore the effect of Fuzheng Huayu Tablet combined with conventional antiviral therapy in patients with chronic hepatitis B cirrhosis.Methods From March 2021 to January 2022,80 patients with chronic hepatitis B cirrhosis received by the Fifth People's Hospital of Anyang City were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=40,given routine antivirus treatment of entecavir)and observation group(n=40,given routine antivirus treatment of entecavir plus Fuzheng Huayu Tablet).Compare the application effects of two different treatment plans.Results The antiviral efficiency of the observation group was as high as 95.00%,which was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no difference in liver function and expression of liver fibrosis levels between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,the expression levels of alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),alpha fetoprotein(AFP),hyaluronidase(HA),type II procollagen(PCII),laminin(LN),and type IV collagen(IV-C)were downregulated in the two groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);The total incidence of adverse reactions such as rash,itching,dizziness,headache,indigestion,nausea and vomiting in the observation group was 7.50%,which was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For the patients with chronic hepatitis B cirrhosis,the treatment of entecavir combined with Fuzheng Huayu Tablet can further improve the liver function of patients,prevent liver fibrosis,with definite clinical effect,less adverse reactions,and is safe and reliable.
