摘要
基于2012~2021年河北省11个地级市面源数据,从创新性、高端化、协同性、可持续性和自主可控性5个维度构建了河北省农业产业链现代化水平评价指标体系,运用熵值法测度各地区的农业产业链现代化发展水平,分析时空特征以及主要障碍因子。结果表明:(1)河北省农业产业链现代化发展水平从2012年的0.4002上升至2021年的0.4419,呈现“小幅上升—略微下降—稳定发展—明显提高”趋势。(2)各地区农业产业链现代化发展水平波动较强。河北省北部地区和省会的农业产业链现代化水平发展较强,南部地区发展较弱。(3)河北省农业产业链现代化发展的主要障碍因子随着时间的推移而变动。2012年主要障碍因子集中于可持续性、协同性和自主可控性维度,2021年则重点集中于农业生产高端化维度和自主可控性维度。提出把握地理资源优势,构建全产业链;提高农业生产效率水平,发展农产品加工产业;加强基础设施投入,提高农农业生产效率的对策建议。
Based on the data from 11 cities in Hebei Province from 2012 to 2021,the evaluation index system for the modernization level of the agricultural industry chain in Hebei Province was constructed from five dimensions:innovation,high-end,synergy,sustainability,and independent controllability.The entropy method was used to measure the modernization development level of the agricultural industry chain in each region,and the spatiotemporal characteristics and main obstacle factors were analyzed.The results indicated that:(1)The modernization development level of agricultural industry chain in Hebei Province had increased from 0.4002 in 2012 to 0.4419 in 2021,showing a trend of slight increase-slight decrease-stable development-significant improvement.(2)The modernization development level of agricultural industry chain in various regions fluctuated strongly.That in the northern region and provincial capital of Hebei Province was relatively strong,while the development in the southern region was relatively weak.(3)The main obstacles to the modernization of agricultural industry chain in Hebei Province had changed over time.In 2012,the main obstacle factors focused on sustainability,synergy,and self controllability dimensions,while in 2021,the focus was on the high-end and self controllability dimensions of agricultural production.The suggestions of grasping the advantages of geographical resources and constructing the entire industrial chain,improving the level of agricultural production efficiency and developing the agricultural product processing industry,and strengthening infrastructure investment and improving agricultural production efficiency were proposed.
