废旧磷酸铁锂电池正极材料回收研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 为了满足人类对可持续能源和高质量生活不断增长的需求,锂离子电池(Lithium ion battery)的数量正在稳步增加。由此产生的大量LIB废弃物如果不加以妥善处理,将会带来安全隐患,由于具有有毒物质,其本身的毒性会严重危害环境。此外,电池大规模生产的背后是许多稀缺的贵金属资源的消耗。鉴于严重的环境、资源、安全和回收问题,回收废旧LIB已经成为实现社会可持续发展的一个必不可少的迫切需要。本文主要综述了国内外近几年废旧磷酸铁锂电池正极材料回收利用研究最新技术,主要为正极材料回收金属元素技术方法。结合环保、自动化、经济、效率和质量方向给予评价。 To meet the growing human demand for sustainable energy and high quality of life,the number of lithium-ion battery(LIB)is steadily increasing.At the same time,the resulting large amount of LIB waste,if not properly disposed of,will certainly pose a safety hazard,and its own toxicity can seriously harm the environment due to the use of toxic substances.In addition,behind the mass production of batteries is the consumption of many scarce precious metal resources.In view of the serious environmental,resource,safety and recycling problems,recycling of used LIB has become an essential and urgent action to achieve sustainable development of society.In this paper,we mainly review the latest technology of recycling research of used lithium iron phosphate cathode materials at home and abroad in recent years,including cathode material recovery metal element technology.Combined with environmental protection,automation,economy,efficiency and quality directions are given to evaluate.
