煤矸石多孔土壤改良剂的制备及生物可给性研究

摘要 控制土壤中重金属污染已经成为目前的研究热点。采用自发泡成孔的方法制备了煤矸石多孔土壤改良剂,并利用SBET(Simplified Bioaccessibility Extraction Test)体外模拟胃消化方法,研究了土壤改良剂添加对农田土壤中Cr、Cu、Pb和Zn的生物可给性的影响。结果表明:土壤改良剂的添加能够明显提升土壤中四种重金属的生物可给性,故而煤矸石多孔土壤改良剂能够对土壤起到有效的改良作用。 Controlling heavy metal pollution in soil has become a current research hotspot.A coal gangue porous soil amendment was prepared using self foaming pore forming method,and the effect of soil amendment addition on the bioavailability of Cr,Cu,Pb,and Zn in farmland soil was studied using SBET in vitro simulated gastric digestion method.The results indicate that the addition of soil amendments can significantly enhance the bioavailability of four heavy metals in the soil,thus coal gangue porous soil amendments can effectively improve the soil.
