摘要
多效精馏是针对精馏高能耗的节能降耗的重要措施之一,目前已经得到广泛的工业应用,本文将双效精馏技术应用于炼油催化剂生产装置产生的高氨氮废水处理,通过将加压塔和常压塔的有机组合,以实现降低蒸汽消耗,同时在控制方面,两台均采用全回流的气相采出工艺,最后的浓氨气直接通过工艺水吸收方式生成浓氨水,和传统的精馏控制工艺相比,控制回路少,便于操作,生成氨水品质稳定。结果表明与单塔汽提相比较双效汽提脱氨操作成本大约为普通汽提精馏技术和的40.7%,生产的副产氨水20%左右,经过处理后的废水完全实现达标排放,节能效果显著。
Multi-effect distillation is one of the important measures to save energy and reduce consumption due to high energy consumption in distillation,and it has been widely used in industry at present.By using dual-effect distillation technology,this paper proposes a stable and high-efficiency energy-saving treatment process for the high-ammonia nitrogen wastewater produced by the refinery catalyst production unit.The results show that compared with single column stripping,the operation cost of double-effect stripping is about 40.7%of that of ordinary stripping distillation technology,and the produced by-product ammonia water is about 20%.After treatment,the wastewater can be discharged to the standard,and the energy saving effect is remarkable.
