摘要
煤矸石是我国产量最大的固废之一,对环境造成许多的不良影响。但是煤矸石中含有许多有价值元素,对煤矸石的资源化利用具有理论和实践意义。利用淮北矿区的煤矸石制备具有较优良品质的白炭黑的技术方法,使用煤矸石酸浸提铝残渣进行碱溶反应,经自然沉降、中和反应、陈化反应后,再经过洗涤过滤和烘干,得到白炭黑。试验表明煤矸石制备白炭黑的最佳工艺条件为:焙烧温度700℃左右,焙烧时间2h,煤矸石破碎粉磨到过筛60目到120目,最佳氢氧化钠用量为煤矸石量的40%,酸中和终点的pH值6.0左右,在高于80℃沸腾并保温30~120min,陈化后适当搅拌,制备的白炭黑达到国家标准。
Coal gangue is one of the largest solid wastes produced in my country,causing many adverse effects on the environment.Coal gangue contains many valuable elements.The resource utilization of coal gangue has always been an enduring subject in the laboratory.The experiment in this thesis is to use the coal gangue from the Huaibei mining area to study the preparation of fine-quality white carbon black.The technical method is to use coal gangue acid leaching aluminum residue to carry out alkali-dissolving reaction,after natural sedimentation,neutralization reaction,aging reaction,and then washing,filtering and drying to obtain white carbon black.The various factors studied in this experiment have a greater impact on the quality and yield of the product.According to the discussion and analysis,it can be known that the best process conditions for preparing white carbon black from coal gangue are:The roasting temperature is about 700℃,and the roasting time is 2 hours.The coal gangue is crushed and ground to a sieve of 60 mesh to 120 mesh.The optimal amount of sodium hydroxide is 40%of the amount of coal gangue.The pH value at the end of acid neutralization is about 6.0.It boils at a temperature higher than 80℃and keeps the temperature for 30~120.minutes,stir properly after aging.
