摘要
使用化工流程模拟软件Aspen Plus模拟年产五万吨己二腈精馏单元。选用Aspen Plus提供的活度系数模型NRTL,然后进行简捷计算和严格计算,比对计算结果,两者接近,说明结果可信。最后,灵敏度分析,从而得到双塔精馏的最优参数:T0401在第9块板加料,回流比为21.1,塔顶采出率为0.006最优;T0402在第6块板加料,回流比为0.41,塔顶采出率为0.92最优。
The chemical process simulation software Aspen Plus was used to simulate an annual production of 5×104 tons of adiponitrile distillation unit.Select the activity coefficient model NRTL provided by Aspen Plus,and then perform simplified and rigorous calculations.After comparison,the calculation results are close,indicating that the results are credible.Finally,perform sensitivity analysis to obtain the optimal parameters for dual tower distillation:T0401 was fed on the 9th plate of T0401 with a reflux ratio of 21.1,and the optimal tower top recovery rate was 0.006;T0402 was fed on the 6th plate with a reflux ratio of 0.41,and the optimal tower top recovery rate was 0.92.
