摘要
针对化工类实验室的气瓶安全管理模式相对落后的现状,采用实地调研、安全检查表分析等研究手段,对某高校化工实验室的气瓶安全现状进行系统研究。该文对某高校化工实验室气瓶种类、数量、性质等基本状况及现有的安全管理制度进行调研;设计并制定安全检查表对高校实验室气瓶安全现状进行评价;提出安全对策措施与建议。该研究建立了具有针对性的气瓶安全管理方式,将提高实验室气瓶管理的安全性与有效性。
In response to the relatively backward safety management mode of gas cylinders in chemical laboratories,a systematic research was conducted on the safety status of gas cylinders in chemical laboratory of a university,using research methods such as on-site research and safety checklist analysis.This article investigated basic situation of gas cylinders in a chemical laboratory of a certain university,including their types,quantities,properties,and existing safety management systems.A safety checklist was developed based on current situation of gas cylinder safety in laboratories to safely manage gas cylinders.Corresponding safety measures and suggestions were proposed.This study has established a targeted gas cylinder safety management approach,which will greatly improve the safety and effectiveness of laboratory gas cylinder management.
