On November 15,2020,China signed the RCEP agreement.The RCEP agreement came into effect on January 1,2022.The RCEP agreement,which has been negotiated for a long time,will bring closer trade ties among member countries.This article is based on the main content of the RCEP agreement,focusing on analyzing the tariff changes after the agreement takes effect.It examines and compares the overall average tariff rate changes of various countries and the average tariff rate changes and impacts of China on the top five categories of import and export goods of some countries.
