基于Web的医学图像处理系统的设计

摘要 为了更方便地集成医学图像处理算法,通过分析医学图像处理的特点和结合临床应用的基本需求,文中设计了一套基于Web的医学图像处理系统。该系统主要基于Python语言、Kotlin语言、TypeScript语言、Spring Boot框架、Celery框架和DICOMWeb规范开发,通过将处理任务分解为计算作业实现人工介入操作,并通过对计算作业进行合理的分组实现算法运行环境的隔离。该系统具有易扩展、易部署、易维护和可伸缩的优点,可以方便地构建需要人工介入的医学图像处理任务,在算法足够成熟的时候也能够快速将该流程完全自动化。 In order to integrate medical image processing algorithms more conveniently,this paper designs a Web⁃based medical image processing system by analyzing the characteristics of medical image processing and combining with the basic requirements of clinical applications.The system is mainly developed based on Python language,Kotlin language,TypeScript language,Spring Boot framework,Celery framework and DICOMWeb specification.Manual intervention is achieved by decomposing processing tasks into computing jobs,and the algorithm running environment is isolated by reasonably grouping computing jobs.The system has the advantages of easy expansion,deployment,maintenance and scalability.It can easily construct medical image processing tasks that require manual intervention,and can quickly and completely automate the process when the algorithm is mature enough.
