热浸镀锌板锌层缺陷影响因素及控制方法

摘要 热镀锌是一种应用广泛的金属制品表面镀层方法,具有良好的装饰效果和耐腐蚀性。然而,热浸镀锌过程中会出现一些锌层缺陷,影响产品品质和性能。因此,热镀锌钢板锌层缺陷的详细分析和优化至关重要。本研究概述了热浸镀锌工艺,包括热浸镀锌板的定义、表面预处理、连续镀锌工艺和铁铝抑制层的形成。随后对热浸镀锌板常见的主要缺陷进行了详细的分析和评估,如锌层附着力、锌层漏镀、锌层表面的亮点、锌层的耐腐蚀性和锌层的不均匀性。最后为了优化热浸镀锌工艺,提出了许多工艺优化措施,可提高热浸镀锌工艺的稳定性和产品品质,减少不合格产品的比例,提高公司竞争力和市场份额。这项研究为进一步改进和优化热浸镀锌工艺提供了有益的建议。 Hot-dip galvanizing is a method widely used for surface coating of metal products,which has good decorative effect and corrosion resistance.However,some defects of zinc layer will appear in the process of hot dip galvanizing,which will affect the product quality and performance.Therefore,it is very important to analyze and optimize the defects of zinc layer in hot dip galvanized steel sheet.This paper summarizes the hot-dip galvanizing process,including the definition of hotdip galvanized sheet,surface pretreatment,continuous galvanizing process and the formation of iron and aluminum inhibition layer.Then,the main defects commonly occured in hot-dip galvanized sheets are analyzed and evaluated in detail,such as adhesion,leakage,surface bright spots,corrosion resistance and non-uniformity of the zinc layer.In order to optimize the hot-dip galvanizing process,many process optimization measures are put forward,which can improve the stability of hot-dip galvanizing process and product quality,reduce the proportion of unqualified products,and improve the competitiveness and market share of the company.This study provides useful suggestions and guidance for further improvement and optimization of hot dip galvanizing process.
