轻防腐水性钢结构防锈底漆的实验研究

摘要 以苯丙乳液为成膜物质,制备了一种钢结构轻防腐用的水性防锈底漆,符合HG/T5176—2017《钢结构用水性防腐涂料》的性能要求。研究了不同环境温度下成膜助剂的添加量对成膜效果的影响,以及不同防锈颜料对漆膜防锈性能的影响。研究表明,环境温度在5℃时,成膜助剂添加量为乳液量的6%时,成膜效果最佳;608H磷酸锶黄的防腐性能最佳;FA179防闪锈剂和40%亚硝酸钠溶液使用量分别在0.5~1.0%和0.8%~1.0%时,防闪锈性能最佳;苯丙乳液的添加量为40%时,漆膜的早期耐水性、附着力和耐中性盐雾性能最佳。 A styrene acrylic lotion is used as the film-forming material to make a waterborne anticorrosive primer for light corrosion control of steel structures,which meets the performance requirements of HG/T5176—2017 Water borne Anticorrosive Coatings for Steel Structures.The effect of the amount of film-forming additives added at different environmental temperatures on the film-forming effect is studied.The effect of different anti-rust pigments on the anti-rust performance of the coated film is also investigated.The results show that the film-forming effect is the best and the anticorrosive performance of 608H strontium phosphate yellow is the best when the ambient temperature is 5℃and the amount of film-forming additives is 6%of the lotion amount.The best anti-flash rust performance is achieved when the dosage of FA179 anti-flash rust agent and 40%sodium nitrite solution is 0.5%~1.0%and 0.8%~1.0%respectively;When the content of styrene acrylic lotion is 40%,the initial water resistance,adhesion and neutral salt spray resistance of the film are the best.
