抗发花真石漆的制备及性能研究

摘要 真石漆在施工时极易出现发花、接茬色差等问题,对涂料生产企业以及工程项目造成了巨大的影响。本文通过对纤维素醚用量、砂子种类及级配、流变助剂、施工工艺等方面进行探究,为解决真石漆施工发花问题提供相应的解决方案。实验发现,配方中添加0.2%纤维素醚、0.075%膨润土,同时搭配中高剪切聚氨酯增稠剂以及中高剪切的缔合型疏水碱溶涨增稠剂,Ti值为6.5~6.8左右时施工性最佳,保水性与初期耐水白平衡性良好,可以有效降低施工发花以及接茬色差的风险;另外,在真石漆调色时,尽可能避免用对立色(极深和极浅的颜色)调色,防止浮白砂;在保证遮盖力的情况下,120~180目细砂添加不超过10%,以防漆膜开裂;严格的施工工艺以及施工配套,才能保证最终的涂层质量。 Some problems such as color floating and difference are easy to occur during construction of the stone-like coatings,and have great effects on coatings manufacturers and engineering projects.In this article,the effects of cellulose ether dosage,sand type and ratio,rheological additives,coating process on film properties are investigated to give the according solutions to color floating problem.The results show that the coatability is the best and the water retention and initial water white resistance are well balanced when the coating is comporised of 0.2%cellulose ether and 0.075%in addition to medium-high shearing HEUR and HASE as the Ti value is from 6.5 to 6.8.This formula can effectively reduce the risk of color floating and difference.In addition,the opposite colors(e.g.,dark hue and light hue)are not suitable to color matching process.Less than 10%fine sand with 120-180 mesh is used to avoid film crack without sacrificing covering power.The proper coating process is required to ensure the film quality.
