摘要
为加快建设高质量教育体系,数字教育应进行持续发展建设,其中促进数字教育公平是数字教育发展的重要命题。空间理论作为一种社会批判理论,为推进数字教育公平提供了新的视角和工具,能够丰富数字教育公平理论体系。基于此,文章首先从空间分布、空间质态、空间产出三个方面分析了数字教育公平的空间现实表征。然后,文章阐释了数字教育公平的物质公平、关系公平、产出公平,提出推进数字教育公平的分配原则与生产原则,并构建了数字教育公平的“空间-样态-推进”空间逻辑框架。最后,文章提出推进数字教育公平应采取保障供给数字教育基础设施、优化配置优质数字教育资源、丰盈数字教育的对话与交互、统筹推进数字教育公平治理等空间行动路径,以期促进教育数字化进程与社会和谐发展。
In order to accelerate the construction of high-quality education system,digital education should be developed continuously,among which promoting the digital education equity is an important proposition of the digital education development.As a social critical theory,space theory provides a new perspective and tool for promoting digital education equity,which can enrich the theory system of digital education equity.Based on this,the paper firstly analyzed the spacial reality representation of digital education equity from three aspects of spacial distribution,spacial quality and state,and spacial outcome.Then,the paper expounded the material equity,relationship equity and output equity of digital education equity,put forward the distribution principles and production principles of promoting digital education equity,and built the“Space-Form-Advancement”spatial logical framework of digital education equity.Finally,this paper proposed that such spacial action routes should be taken to promote digital education equity,including ensuring the supply of digital education infrastructure,optimize the allocation of high-quality digital education resources,enriching the dialogue and interaction of digital education,coordinating the promotion of governance of digital education equity,expecting to promote the process of education digitization and the harmonious development of society.
