实验室自助耗材柜设计与应用研究

摘要 随着时代发展,创新能力的提升,实验项目也越来越多,众多的芯片耗材让实验材料的使用变得烦琐,实验耗材的收纳显得尤为重要。该实验室自助耗材柜能够实现耗材的识别、存取、数量计算等功能,同时构建数据库平台,将实验耗材数目实时更新并上传至服务端,实现实验耗材库存的实时展示,不仅能方便实验耗材的收纳整理,更能准确地提高工作效率。 With the development of the times and the increase of innovation ability,there are more and more experimental items.So many chip consumables make the use of experimental materials become cumbersome,and the storage of experimental consumables is particularly important.The self-service consumables cabinet in our laboratory can realize the functions of identifying,accessing and calculating the amount of consumables.At the same time,it builds a database platform to update and upload the number of experimental consumables to the server in real time,and achieves the real-time display of experimental consumables inventory.The laboratory independent consumables cabinet designed in this project can not only facilitate the storage of experimental consumables,but also improve the work efficiency.
