摘要
当前,食品微生物学课程教学中存在课本理论知识庞杂,实验操作应用场景模糊等问题。课程以学生应用实践和创新能力提升为目标,融合劳动教育实践,进行了为期两年的创新教学初探,通过教学场景转换,教学内容革新,实现了教学成果的突破。并在此基础上,探索出劳动教育实践驱动课程体系改革的设计,以期进一步加强课程教学中知识模块的融合性,突出课程学习的应用性,提升人才培养的创新性,为其他工科类课程教学模式的改革提供借鉴和指导。
At present,there are problems in the teaching of food microbiology courses,such as a large amount of theoretical knowledge in textbooks and vague application scenarios for experimental operations.A two-year exploration of innovative teaching course aiming to enhance students’application practice and innovation ability,and to integrate labor education practice was conducted.Through the transformation of teaching scenarios and innovation of teaching content,breakthroughs in teaching achievements were achieved.And on this basis,in order to further strengthen the integration of knowledge modules in curriculum teaching,the design of the labor education practice driven curriculum system reform was explored for highlighting the applicability of curriculum learning,enhance the innovation of talent cultivation,and providing reference and guidance for the reform of teaching models in other engineering courses.
