日光温室露点蒸发苦咸水淡化系统性能研究

摘要 海水淡化技术在我国已经趋于成熟,将露点蒸发淡化技术应用于日光温室,开发利用各类苦咸水资源,通过对苦咸水淡化产生淡水以实现作物的灌溉,是一项具有实用性的研究。文章根据露点蒸发淡化原理,设计了日光温室露点蒸发苦咸水淡化系统,通过模拟计算分析了温室内温湿度变化和产水量。结果表明:在有回风的条件下,温室内温度和相对湿度最高分别达到了27.18℃和89%,均能满足作物正常生长所需要的条件;随着回风比例的增加,温室内产水量呈上升趋势,当回风比例为100%时,产水量最高为2 kg,且能够满足作物的正常灌溉需求。 Desalination technology has become mature in China.The application of dew point evaporation desalination technology in solar greenhouses to develop and utilize various types of brackish water resources for crop irrigation is a practical research endeavor.Based on the principle of dew point evaporation desalination,this article designs a dew point evaporation brackish water desalination system for solar greenhouses and analyzes the changes in temperature,humidity,and water production through simulation calculations.The results show that under conditions of return air,the highest temperature and humidity inside the greenhouse reach 27.18℃and 89%respectively,meeting the requirements for normal crop growth.As the proportion of return air increases,the water production inside the greenhouse shows an increasing trend.When the return air rate is 100%,the maximum water production reaches 2 kg,which is sufficient to meet the normal irrigation needs of crops.
