对立还是统一:试论“育分”和“育人”的关系

Contradiction or Unification:The Relations between Enhancing Scores and Educating People

摘要 长期以来,人们认为“育分”和“育人”相互对立,这种对立的形成主要源于对片面应试现象的普遍反感和批判。然而,从哲学的矛盾观看,作为一种事实判断的“育分”和作为一种价值判断的“育人”,二者属性并不相同,无法构成对立;即便“育分”也有价值判断的成分,但其价值主体不同于“育人”的价值主体,二者也并非必然对立。因此,不能主张用“育人”取代“育分”,而是要通过“育分”实现“育人”,一方面需要不断提升教学的科学性和艺术性,另一方面则需要持续改进考试命题技术。 For a long time,people have thought that “enhancing scores” and “educating people” are in opposition to each other,and the formation of this opposition stems mainly from people's general aversion to and criticism of the phenomenon of one-sided test-taking.However,from the viewpoint of philosophical contradiction,“enhancing scores” as factual judgment,and “educating people” as value judgment,are not the same attributes,and cannot constitute an antithesis.Even if “enhancing points” also has value judgment,its value subject is different from that of “educating people”,and therefore they do not oppose to each other.Therefore,we cannot advocate replacing “enhancing scores” with “educating people”,but rather realize “educating people” by “enhancing scores”,which on the one hand requires us to improve the science and artistry of teaching,and on the other hand continue to improve the testing technology.
