摘要
对粉煤灰和燃煤炉渣的化学成分、微观形貌以及矿相进行了分析。结果表明:同一厂家的粉煤灰与燃煤炉渣-3化学成分组成和含量差别最小,均含有较多的玻璃体矿物,但相较于粉煤灰,燃煤炉渣的结晶程度较低。探究了粉磨时间对燃煤炉渣性能的影响,确定最佳的粉磨时间为30min,通过等量替代的方法进一步探究了燃煤炉渣掺量对蒸压加气混凝土砌块性能的影响。研究结果表明,随着粉磨后燃煤炉渣掺量的增加,蒸压加气混凝土砌块的密度、抗压强度逐渐降低,当掺量为60%时,干密度为596kg/m3、抗压强度为3.5MPa时,可满足A3.5 B06的要求。
This article analyzes the chemical composition,microstructure,and mineral phase of fly ash and coalfired slag.The results shows that the difference in chemical composition and content between fly ash and coalfired slag-3 from the same manufacturer is the smallest,both containing more vitreous minerals.However,compared to fly ash,the crystallinity of coal-fired slag is lower.The influence of grinding time on the perfor⁃mance of coal fired slag is searched,and the optimal grinding time is determined to be 30 min.The influence of the amount of coal fired slag on the performance of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks is further explored by the method of equivalent replacement.The research results shows that the density and compressive strength of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks gradually decreased as the amount of coal fired slag after grinding increas⁃es.As the amount of coal fired slag is 60%,the dry density is 596 kg/m3 and the compressive strength is 3.5 MPa,the product can meet the requirements of A3.5 B06.
