摘要
匀质微孔混凝土自保温砌块作为自保温砌块墙体自保温结构系统的基础材料,具有质轻、热工性能好、比强度高等特点,可用作工业与民用建筑填充墙体材料、村镇住宅墙体材料等,符合绿色发展理念以及建筑节能与结构一体化技术发展趋势。研究表明,采用干表观密度为500kg/m3的膨胀聚苯乙烯颗粒泡沫混凝土制备密度等级为500级实心匀质微孔混凝土自保温砌块,强度等级达到A3.5,导热系数不大于0.10W/(m·K);采用干表观密度为600kg/m3的膨胀聚苯乙烯颗粒泡沫混凝土制备密度等级为600级实心匀质微孔混凝土自保温砌块,强度等级达到A5.0,导热系数不大于0.12W/(m·K);采用干表观密度为700kg/m3的膨胀聚苯乙烯颗粒泡沫混凝土制备密度等级为700级实心匀质微孔混凝土自保温砌块,强度等级达到A7.5,导热系数不大于0.14W/(m·K),可满足我国不同气候地区的建筑节能使用要求。
As the basic material of the self-insulation structure system,the homogeneous microporous concrete self-insulation block has the characteristics of light weight,good thermal performance and high specific strength,it can be used as filling wall materials for industrial and civil buildings,and wall materials for village and town houses,etc.The results show that the self-insulating concrete block with the density of 500 is made of expanded polystyrene granular foam concrete with the dry apparent density of 500 kg/m3,and its strength is A3.5,the thermal conductivity is not more than 0.10 W/(m·K),and the self-insulating concrete block with 600 grade density of solid homogeneous microporous concrete is prepared by using expanded polystyrene gran-ular foam concrete with 600 kg/m3 dry apparent density,the thermal conductivity is not more than 0.12 W/(m·K).The self-insulating concrete block with 700-grade density of solid homogeneous microcellular concrete was prepared by using expanded polystyrene granular foam concrete with 700 kg/m3 dry apparent density,and its strength grade was A7.5,the thermal conductivity is no more than 0.14 W/(m·K),which can meet the re-quirement of building energy saving in different climate areas of our country.
