生物质焚烧灰渣制备生态砂浆研究

摘要 为研究生物质灰渣粉磨成微粉代替水泥制备砂浆的可行性,试验使用不同类型的生物质灰渣以不同掺量为原料制备砂浆,并测试了砂浆试样的凝结时间、流动度、强度等工作性能及其微观形貌。结果表明:生物质灰渣的掺入能够延长试样的凝结时间,降低其流动度;灰渣对试样强度的影响与其掺量密切相关,掺量超过20%将显著降低试样强度;养护时间达28d后试样整体结构的致密度将显著提升。 In order to study the feasibility of grinding the material ash into fine powder instead of cement to pre⁃pare mortar,the mortar was prepared using different types of biomass ash and slag with different dosages as raw materials,and the working properties and micromorphology of the mortar samples are tested.The results show that the incorporation of biomass ash can prolong the setting time and reduce the fluidity of the sample,the effect of ash on the strength of the sample is closely related to its dosage,the content of more than 20%will significantly reduce the strength of the sample,and the density of the overall structure of the sample will be sig⁃nificantly increased after the curing time reaches 28 days.
