随着免疫治疗越来越多地应用到肿瘤患者的治疗中,免疫相关不良反应特别是免疫相关皮肤不良反应逐渐成为影响患者生活质量的重要不良因素之一.免疫相关皮肤不良反应在影响患者舒适程度和日常生活的同时,还会导致感染等并发症,甚至危及患者生命,给患者的生理及心理带来不良体验.文章从程序性死亡受体1单抗引起的免疫相关皮肤不良反应的临床表现、分期、治疗、护理和健康宣教等方面进行综述.

With the increasing application of immunotherapy in the treatment of cancer patients,immune-related adverse event,especially immune-related skin adverse event has impacted the quality of patients'life.Immune-related skin adverse event can not only affect the comfort and daily life of patients but also lead to many complications such as infection,even endanger the lives of patients,which will bring damage to the patients'physiology and psychology.This article reviews the clinical manifestations,staging,treatment,nursing and health education of immune-related skin adverse event induced by programmed cell death protein I monoclonal antibody.
