我国老年人认知衰弱影响因素及健康指导研究进展

Research progress on influencing factors of cognitive frailty and health guidance for the elderly in China

在老龄化社会背景下,认知衰弱作为影响老年人生活质量的关键因素,近年来受到医学领域的广泛关注。认知衰弱在一定程度上具有可逆性,故识别影响老年人认知衰弱的主要因素并开展针对性的健康指导对提高老年人的生活质量具有重要意义。目前我国对老年人认知衰弱领域的研究起步较晚,且对其影响因素的研究尚未统一,鲜有健康指导方面的相关研究。因此,本文通过对老年人认知衰弱现状、影响因素和健康指导方面的相关研究进行综述,旨在为认知衰弱相关研究的开展提供理论参考,助力我国健康老龄化的实现。

In the context of an aging society,cognitive frailty,as a key factor affecting the quality of life of the elderly,has received extensive attention in the medical field in recent years.Cognitive frailty is reversible to a certain extent.Therefore,it is of great significance to identify the main factors affecting the cognitive frailty of the elderly and carry out targeted health guidance to improve the quality of life of the elderly.At present,the research on the field of cognitive frailty in the elderly in China started late,and the research on its influencing factors has not been unified,and there is few related research on health guidance.Therefore,this paper reviews the related research on the status quo,influencing factors and health guidance of cognitive frailty in the elderly,aiming to provide theoretical reference for the development of cognitive frailty related research and help the realization of healthy aging in China.
