2021年广西居民生态环境与健康素养水平现状及影响因素分析

Analysis on the current situation of ecological environment and health literacy and its influencing factors among residents in Guangxi, 2021

目的 探究广西壮族自治区居民生态环境与健康素养水平现状,并分析其影响因素,为政府部门生态环境与健康素养水平提升工作的开展提供参考依据。方法 采用多阶段整群随机抽样方法,于2021年8月24日—9月11日对广西15~69周岁常住居民开展调查,采用χ^(2)检验、多重线性回归模型分析影响居民生态环境与健康素养水平的主要因素。结果 2021年广西居民生态环境与健康素养水平为18.39%,一级分类水平中基本知识维度较低,为15.98%;二级分类水平中基本认知、科学知识维度较低,分别为12.90%、15.64%。多重线性回归分析结果显示,家庭人均可支配收入分别为5500~元/年(β=0.044)、13 000~元/年(β=0.045)、21 000~元/年(β=0.086)、>32 000元/年(β=0.094)以及文化程度分别为小学(β=0.108)、高中(β=0.119)、专科/本科(β=0.320)、研究生及以上(β=0.326)是影响居民生态环境与健康素养水平的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论 广西居民生态环境与健康素养水平实现稳步提升,但仍存在城乡差异明显、基本认识和科学知识维度知识内容知晓率偏低、15~岁和50~岁居民具备率偏低等问题,需持续开展居民生态环境与健康素养水平提升工作。

Objective To explore the current situation of ecological environment and health literacy and its influencing factors among residents in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,and to provide reference for the improvement of ecological environment and health literacy in government departments.Methods A multi-stage cluster random sampling method was used to conduct a survey among residents aged 15-69 year old in Guangxi from August 24 to September 11,2021.Chi-square tests and multiple linear regression models were used to analyze main factors associated with ecological environment and health literacy level of residents.Results In 2021,the overall ecological environment and health literacy level of residents in Guangxi was 18.39%.The basic knowledge dimension in the first classification level was about 15.98%.The basic cognitive and scientific knowledge dimensions in the secondary classification level were 12.90%and 15.64%,respectively.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the per capita disposable income of the family[5500-yuan/year(β=0.044),13000-yuan/year(β=0.045),21000-yuan/year(β=0.086),>32000 yuan/year(β=0.094)]and the education level[primary school(β=0.108),high school(β=0.119),college/undergraduate(β=0.320),postgraduate and above(β=0.326)]were the main factors associated with ecological environment and health literacy level(P<0.05).Conclusion The ecological environment and health literacy of residents in Guangxi were diversity in different urban and rural areas.Low awareness rates of knowledge content in basic understanding and scientific knowledge dimension and low possession rates in residents aged 15-and 50-were found.Therefore,it is necessary to continuously carry out improvement activities on ecological environment and health literacy among residents.
