摘要
针对我国普速铁路站内大多采用25Hz相敏轨道电路,存在设备数量多、调整难度大、抗干扰能力有待提升等问题,研发一种安全等级达到SIL4级的新型车站数字化轨道电路系统。采用简统化结构和板卡式设备,具备集成度高、安全性强、兼容多模式接口等特点;确定十大研制目标,突破五大关键技术,做到控制、接口、运维的数字化;采用二进制频移键控(2FSK)数字调制方式,构建轨道电路、电码化集成系统;采用双送一受构架和双向牵引电流回流模式,具备系统级监测及诊断预警功能;利用简统化设备,可同时满足普速铁路、高速铁路车站的运用需求。目前该系统已完成样机研制,并通过了课题验收,对推进轨道电路技术进步,提升基础设施装备数字化、智能化水平具有重要意义。
In view of the problems of 25 Hz phase-sensitive track circuit applied in conventional railway stations in China,such as large number of equipment,difficult adjustment and the need to improve anti-interference ability,a new digital track circuit system for stations with a safety level of SIL4 is developed.Adopting a simplified structure and board card type equipment,it has the characteristics of high integration,strong security and compatibility with multi-mode interfaces.Moreover,ten research and development goals are determined,and five key technologies are broken through,and finally digitalization of control,interface and operation and maintenance is achieved.Using binary frequency shift keying(2FSK)digital modulation mode,the track circuit and coding integrated system are constructed.A two-send-one-receive architecture and a bidirectional tracing current return mode,and with system-level monitoring,diagnosis and early warning functions are adopted.The simplified equipment can meet the application requirements of both conventional speed railway and high speed railway stations at the same time.The system has completed the prototype development and passed the project acceptance,which is of great significance for promoting the technical progress of track circuit and improving the digitalization and intelligence level of infrastructure equipment.
