师德是教师的职业要求,是做好教育的基础。新时代对师德有更高的要求,只有德才兼备的“人师”才能培养全面发展、德能兼备的学生。发展师德修养主要靠教师个人自主、自律的进取心和学校文化环境的熏陶。要构建形成良好师德的学校文化,包括正确的观念文化、浓郁的学习文化、严谨的研究文化和奋进的团队文化。教师的师德发展既要重视教师师德的隐性成分,即观念认同、价值取向的文化建设,也要重视教师师德的显性成分,如语言习惯、行为习惯等方面。
