摘要
汉高帝五年(前202)置豫章郡,六年筑豫章城、以为郡治。两汉时期,豫章郡辖境广阔,六朝时期随着江南地区的开发,由豫章郡逐步分置出庐陵、鄱阳、临川等郡。豫章郡地处长江中游,控扼三江五湖,具有重要的政治、经济和军事功用,郡治豫章城规模宏大,汉时开六门、东晋时增至八门,城郊地域形成了明显的功能分区,渐趋发展成为中古时期南方的区域中心城市。豫章郡和豫章城对于整合今江西区域社会和发展赣鄱文明发挥了重要作用。
In the fifth year of Emperor Gao of Han Dynasty(202 BC),Yuzhang County (豫章郡) was established,and Yuzhang City (豫 章 城 ) was built as the capital of the county in the sixth year.During the two Han dynasties,Yuzhang County had a wide jurisdiction.During the Six Dynasties,with the development of Jiangnan Area,Luling (庐 陵 ),Poyang( 鄱 阳 ),Linchuan ( 临 川 ) and other counties were gradually subdivided from Yuzhang County.Located in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River,controlling the three rivers and five lakes,Yuzhang County had important political,economic and military functions.Yuzhang City was of a large scale,with six gates opened in Han Dynasty and eight gates in Eastern Jin Dynasty,and the suburban area formed an obvious functional division.It gradually developed into a regional center city in the south of China in the Middle Ages.Yuzhang County and Yuzhang City played an important role in integrating the regional society of present-day Jiangxi and developing Ganpo civilization (赣鄱文明).
