摘要
为突破目前食品开发研究中大多仍停留在试错法和头脑风暴层面的低效局面,探索新的技术/产品预测方法。在总结技术系统进化过程的基础上,将专利分析与发明问题解决理论(TRIZ)的进化法则结合起来,对技术系统进化路线进行提炼,根据其进化层次关系构建一种树状信息模型,即进化树;并鉴于目前市场上流通的柚子皮相关产品较少,因此以柚子皮加工产品为例构建进化树进行分析。结果发现:柚子皮相关产品发展已经从婴儿期向成长期转变,目前相关专利较多且其中有一部分专利还未转化为产品,绝大部分专利对应的相关产品在市场上还较为小众;通过柚子皮产品进化树可以明显发现4个主要的技术/产品的未来方向,包括开发出气态的柚子皮产品、通过“系统扩展—裁剪路线”和组件裁剪路线删减或替换原有系统中的元素获得新产品、通过引入新物质和应用场景或删减/替换原有系统元素组合得到新产品、针对不同功能成分特性设计不同类型的产品。由此可见,基于TRIZ结合专利分析的技术/产品专利预测方法同样能够达到传统的利用专利技术生命周期、S曲线和专利地图等方法的效果。
In order to break through the inefficient situation that most of the current food development research still remains at the level of trial-and-error method and brainstorming,a new technology/product prediction method is explored.On the basis of summarizing the evolutionary process of technology system,combining patent analysis with the evolutionary law of the theory of invention problem solving(TRIZ),the evolutionary route of technology system is refined,and a kind of tree information model,i.e.,evolution tree,is constructed according to the relationship of its evolutionary hierarchy;and in view of the fact that there are fewer pomelo peel-related products circulating in the market now,an example of the processed products of pomelo peel is constructed as an example of the evolutionary tree for the analysis.The results find that:the development of pomelo peel related products has been transformed from infancy to adulthood,there are more related patents and some of them have not been transformed into products,and the related products corresponding to the vast majority of patents are stll relatively niche in the market;four main future directions of technology/products can be clearly found through the evolution tree of pomelo peel products,including the development of gaseous pomelo peel products,obtaining new products by deleting or replacing elements in the original system through the system extension-tailoring route and the component-tailoring route,obtaining new products by introducing new substances and application scenarios or deleting/replacing the combination of elements in the original system,and designing different types of products for the characteristics of different functional components.It can be seen that,the technology/product patent prediction method based on TRIZ combined with patent analysis can also achieve the effect of traditional methods such as using patent technology life cycle,S curve and patent map.
