基于电力大数据的乡村振兴指数研究——甘肃省白银市案例分析

Research on the Rural Revitalization Index Based on Big Data of Electricity——A Case Study of Baiyin,Gansu

乡村振兴是决胜全面建成小康社会、全面建设社会主义现代化强国的重大历史任务。随着乡村产业发展和居民生活地能源消费电气化程度不断地提高,基于电力大数据评价乡村振兴体系并形成相关评价指数,可以更加直观地反映电力在乡村振兴中发挥的作用,作为主管部门开展乡村振兴工作的指导。本文采取实地调研、专家访谈、文献调研的方式,在国内外对乡村振兴指数研究的基础上,结合甘肃省白银市乡村发展现状,构建了基于电力大数据的乡村振兴评价体系,并通过评价指数开展该市乡村振兴现状的评价分析,同时提出加快构建安全可靠、经济合理、清洁绿色的乡村电力系统等建议。

Rural revitalization is a major historical task in decisively completing the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects and comprehensively constructing a modern socialist country.With the continuous development of rural industries and the increasing electrification of energy consumption in residents'lives,utilizing big data of electricity to construct an evaluation system for rural revitalization and forming related evaluation indices can more intuitively reflect the role of electricity in the process of rural revitalization.It can also serve as an effective guide for relevant authorities in carrying out rural revitalization work.This paper employs methods such as field research,expert interviews,and literature review.Based on domestic and international research on rural revitalization indices and considering the current state of rural development in Baiyin City,Gansu Province,an evaluation system for rural revitalization based on big data of electricity is constructed.The paper conducts an evaluative analysis of the current state of rural revitalization in Baiyin City and proposes suggestions for empowering rural revitalization through electricity in Baiyin City.
