师生关系视角下的高校科研育人优化策略

Optimization of scientific research for student education in colleges and universities from the perspective of teacher-student relationship

摘要 师生关系是高校育人要素的重要构成部分,是科研育人体系中的基本有机结构。良好的师生关系有助于科研育人的高效推进,激发学生科研热情、促进科研教育事业发展并推动科研成果转化。当前科研育人实践中存在师生定位不明确、师生交流沟通不充分、专利归属不清晰及考评机制不完善等问题。高校应积极寻求师生关系的优化策略,如探索适配于不同高校的多元化师生关系,搭建良好的线上师生交流平台,增强师生互信,健全知识产权管理体系,完善科研育人考评机制,创新科研育人培养体系等,推动科研育人的良性发展。 Teacher-student relationship is an important element of university education and a basic organic structure in student education by means of scientific research.To be specific,a good teacher-student relationship is conducive to student cultivation through research,student enthusiasm for research,scientific research and education development,and commercialization of research findings.On the contrary,in the present situation of student cultivation through research,there are problems such as questionable positioning of teachers and students,insufficient communication between teachers and students,unclear patent ownership and unreasonable evaluation mechanism.Therefore,we argue that colleges and universities should actively optimize teacher-student relationship.For example,we should explore diversified teacher-student relationships that tailor for different universities,build an effective online communication platform for teachers and students,enhance mutual trust between the two,improve intellectual property management,perfect the evaluation mechanism of student cultivation through research,and innovate the cultivation system in order to promote the actual implementation of such cultivation.
