摘要
氧脂素是由多不饱和脂肪酸经酶促氧化衍生的脂肪酸次生代谢物,作为广谱的信号分子参与调节植物的生长发育和逆境应答等多种重要生理过程。本文侧重梳理了茉莉酸和12-氧代植物二烯酸这两类重要氧脂素分子在植物体内的合成途径,并对其在气孔运动中的信号转导模式进行了归纳。在此基础上,本文进一步对陆生植物演化过程中氧脂素分子信号功能的起源和进化途径进行了探讨。
Oxylipins are a group of secondary metabolites derived from the oxidation of polyunsaturated fatty acids,functioning as versatile signaling molecules which regulate many aspects of plant growth and stress responses.This review emphasizes recent findings regarding the biosynthetic pathways of jasmonate acid and 12-oxophytodienoic acid,and provides an overview of the signal repertoire of these two representative oxylipins in stomatal regulation.Moreover,this paper gives a further discussion on the evolution of oxylipin function and signaling within the land plant lineage.
