脾主运化理论与肠道微生态相关性研究

脾主运化是脾藏象理论的主旨,它主导人体饮食物的转化、水谷精微及水液的转输和布散。现代肠道微生态学认为,肠道微生物参与机体营养物质的消化和吸收,调控能量代谢,与脾主运化的内涵相契合。肠道微生态可能是中医“脾”的生物学基础,肠道微生态平衡是脾主运化功能正常发挥的前提。从脾主运化的理论内涵、病理变化、肠道微生态与脾主运化相关性以及健脾中药对肠道微生态的干预作用进行探讨,揭示“脾主运化”理论的科学内涵。将传统中医学脾主运化理论与肠道微生态学相结合,使脾主运化理论具体化、客观化、微观化,不仅丰富了脾主运化的理论内涵,并为寻找评价中医证候的规范化指标提供了新的思路和方向。

“spleen governing transportation and transformation”is the gist of theory of spleen visceral manifes⁃tations,which leads the transformation of human diet,the transportation and distribution of cereal essence and water.Modern intestinal microecology believes that intestinal microorganisms participate in the digestion and absorption of nutrients in the body and regulate energy metabolism,which is consistent with the connotation of the spleen gover⁃ning transportation and transformation.Intestinal microecology may be the biological basis of“spleen”in traditional Chinese medicine,and the balance of intestinal microecology is the premise of the normal functioning of the spleen governing transportation and transformation.This article discusses the theoretical connotation and pathological chan⁃ges of the spleen governing transportation and transformation,the correlation between intestinal microecology and spleen governing transportation and transformation,and the intervention effect of spleen⁃invigorating traditional Chi⁃nese medicine on intestinal microecology,so as to reveal the scientific connotation of the theory of“spleen governing transportation and transformation”.Combining the traditional Chinese medicine theory of spleen transport and intesti⁃nal microecology to make the theory of spleen transport specific,objective and microscopic,not only enriches the theoretical connotation of spleen transport,but also provides a new idea and direction for the search of standardised indexes for evaluating Chinese medicine symptoms.
