专利视角下轨道交通装备产业SWOT分析--以株洲市为例

SWOT analysis of rail transit equipment industry from the perspective of patents--Taking Zhuzhou municipality as an example

近年来,我国轨道交通装备产业蓬勃发展,形成覆盖研发、设计、制造、试验、服务等上中下游产业的全产业链。其中,株洲市拥有居于世界先进水平的现代轨道交通装备制造体系及包含整机总装、核心部件及配套部件制造与研发等的黄金产业链,产业集群优势明显。文章以株洲市轨道交通装备产业为研究对象,以专利分析数据为样本,采用SWOT战略分析法,从优势(S)、劣势(W)、机遇(O)、威胁(T)4个层面分析株洲市轨道交通装备产业的发展机遇与挑战,并据此提出增长型(SO)、扭转型(WO)、多元型(ST)、防御型(WT)4种战略对策,以期为促进我国轨道交通装备产业的高质量、可持续发展提供参考和借鉴。

In recent years,China's rail transit equipment industry has blossomed to form a complete industrial chain containing upstream and downstream industries such as research and development(R&D),design,manufacturing,testing,and service.Among them,Zhuzhou municipality has a modern rail transit equipment manufacturing system that rivals the best in the world and a golden industrial chain covering machine assembly,core components,supporting components manufacturing and R&D,with clear industrial cluster advantages.This article takes the rail transit equipment industry of Zhuzhou municipality as the research target and utilizes data from patent analysis as the sample,and it adopts the SWOT strategic analysis method to analyze the development opportunities and challenges of rail transit equipment industry in Zhuzhou municipality from four layers of strengths(S),weaknesses(W),opportunities(O),and threats(T),based on which four strategic countermeasures are posited,namely Opportunity-Strength strategies(SO),Opportunity-Weakness strategies(WO),Threat-Strength strategies(ST),and Threat-Weakness strategies(WT)to provide reference and an example to build on for promoting the high-quality and sustainable development of China's rail transit equipment industry.
